Who We Are
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with proven expertise in building AI solutions using Microsoft Foundry (2+ years), and Microsoft AI SDKs (2+ years) including Azure AI Search (2+ years). (advantage with Microsoft Certifications: AI-102, AI-200, AB-730)
- Solid understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, embedding models.
- Proven experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems using frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and / or LangChain.
- Strong proficiency in Python, and/or SQL.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar data platforms is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of Azure Infrastructure (advantage with Microsoft Certification: AZ-305).
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps (advantage with Microsoft Certification: AZ-400).
- Exposure to Azure IaC (e.g. Terraform, Bicep) is considered a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a high level of customer orientation and service mindset.
What You Bring
- Architect, build, and optimize AI agents and agentic workflows using Microsoft AI Foundry, Microsoft Agent Framework and Azure Logic Apps, with a focus on Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Review.
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions including knowledge retrieval, and orchestration layers integrated with enterprise data sources.
- Build, test, and publish agents to M365 Copilot and other Microsoft channels, managing authentication, RBAC, and deployment lifecycle.
- Develop integration workflows connecting AI agents with productivity tools, and custom APIs using Function Apps, Azure Logic Apps and Power Automate.
- Stay current with the rapidly evolving Microsoft AI ecosystem and evaluate emerging capabilities (e.g. Copilot Studio, Foundry SDK, multi-agent patterns) for client applicability.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to present architecture concepts, solution scenarios, and demos to clients and win new projects.
- Represent Evora (Connect) as a thought leader by conducting workshops, publishing expert content, speaking at conferences, and actively shaping the data and analytics community.
- Understand Microsoft partner offerings (Solution Partner status, specializations, incentives, etc.).
