Learning Program Management
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of training programs (technical, functional, soft skills, leadership etc )
- Manage training calendars, nominations, attendance tracking, and feedback collection
- Ensure smooth delivery of instructor-led and virtual learning sessions
- Collaborate with internal SMEs and external vendors / internal trainers to design and deliver learning programs
- Support creation and curation of learning content, including presentations, assessments, and learning paths
- Assist in building structured learning journeys for different roles and levels
- Maintain training records, dashboards, and reports on participation, effectiveness, and outcomes
- Track learning KPIs and provide insights to improve program effectiveness
- Select and implement LMS (Learning Management System) updates, user data, and course assignments
- Support employee engagement programs, onboarding learning journeys, and skill enhancement initiatives
- Own the new hire onboarding experience – both technical and cultural readiness
- Coordinate internal knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and community activities
- Drive learning campaigns and initiatives to build a strong learning culture
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with external training partners for program delivery and logistics
- Manage end-to-end vendor interactions including scheduling, feedback, and payments
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify learning needs and priorities
- Be aware of SAP and ServiceNow partnership statuses – Align with global leads to maintain this through certifications
